Read the height row carefully. Those heights are the datasheet's stack figures for BAT 8.0 modules with the SigenStor Energy Controller on top and the base fitted, floor/ground-mounted. So a 3-module stack = 1180 mm tall × 850 wide × 260 deep including the controller — that is the footprint envelope to mark up on site, not the bare battery modules.
General data — battery
Ingress protection: IP66 (outdoor rated)
Cooling: natural convection (no fans — needs free air)
Operating temp: −20 to +55 °C
Storage temp: −25 to +60 °C
Relative humidity: 5 – 95 %
Max. operating altitude: 4000 m
Install method: floor standing or wall mounted
Standards: IEC/EN 60730-1, UN 38.3, IEC/EN 62619, 63056, 62040
Wall-mount check: a 2-module 8.0 stack is ~183 kg, 3-module ~254 kg. If it's going on a wall, confirm framing/dwangs and fixing centres on site — floor standing is the default for anything 3 modules or more.

Inverter port rules (from the datasheet footnotes):
Single phase: 8.0–12.0 kW inverters go to INV1; 3.0–6.0 kW inverters go to INV2. Total parallel inverter power ≤ 12 kW.
Three phase: INV1 and INV2 take 17.0–30.0 kW inverters; INV3 takes 6.0–15.0 kW. Total parallel inverter power ≤ 60 kW.
0 ms switchover is load-side only, and only when the Gateway is paired with a Sigen Energy Controller and Sigen Battery, with the Controller's nominal power higher than the total backup load.
3. On-site measure checklist
Item
Measured / noted
Wall length available for battery stack (need ≥ 850 mm wide + working clearance)
Floor-to-obstruction height at battery position (vs 640 / 910 / 1180 / 1450 / 1720 / 1990 mm)
Clear depth in front of stack (unit is 260 mm deep + access)
Floor level / slab condition + base fixing (up to 467 kg on 6 modules)
Battery mount decision: floor standing or wall — framing confirmed?
